Admission Details for Sanskaar International School

We are excited to welcome new students to Sanskaar International School! Our admission process is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both parents and students.

Admission Process:

  1. Application Form:
    Parents can obtain the admission form from the school office or fill it out online via our website. The form must be completed with accurate details and submitted along with necessary documents.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Preschool: Children must be at least 2.5 years old by 1st April.
    • Primary : Age requirements vary by grade. Please contact our admissions team for specific age criteria for each class.

  3. Documents Required:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Recent passport-sized photographs
    • Previous school records (for higher grades)
    • Address Proof
    • Aadhar Card (if applicable)

  4. Admission Test/Interaction:

    • For preschool admissions, we focus on an interaction with the child and parents to understand their learning style and interests.
    • For primary admissions, students required to take an entrance test depending on the grade level. The test assesses their foundational knowledge in subjects like math, language, and science.

  5. Parent Meeting:
    Once the test or interaction is complete, a meeting with the parents will be scheduled to discuss the school curriculum, facilities, and expectations.

  6. Result Notification:
    Admission results will be communicated within 7 days after the assessment/interview. Successful candidates will receive an admission offer along with the fee details.

  7. Fees and Payment:

    • A detailed fee structure is available upon request.
    • Fees include tuition, activity charges, and any other miscellaneous costs associated with the education and development of the child.
    • Payment can be made annually/quarterly/Monthly. (depending on the selected plan).

  8. Orientation and Welcome:
    Upon successful admission, students will be invited to an orientation session where they will be introduced to their teachers, classmates, and school facilities. This will ensure a smooth transition into school life.

  • Proof of residence father & mother or guardian Ration Card, Voter Id card, Aadhaar card. 

  • Student’s three passport size colour photograph. 

  • Student’s Aadhaar card. 

  • Birth certificate (Age proof) . 

  • Previous school marks sheet copy & Transfer certificate required if admission in Class I and above.

At Sanskaar International School, we ensure that our school hours are structured to provide a balanced and enriching learning environment for all students. Below are the general school timings:

Preschool:

  • Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Primary  School:

  • Monday to Friday:
    • Morning Session: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
  • Saturday:
    • Optional extra-curricular activities or special sessions (if applicable)
